I am so glad you're here. Becoming a therapist has been one of the most fulfilling journeys of my life. My passion for helping others started when I realized the power of having someone truly listen and understand. That passion eventually led me to pursue a master's degree in counseling , and I've been honored to help people navigate life's challenges ever since.

I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, parents refining their skills, or people finding their way through life transitions. I also have a deep understanding of trauma, relationship issues, co-parenting, and self-esteem challenges, and I’m committed to helping my clients create meaningful and lasting change.
